My company has used CEI for several years, and although I only started about 8 months ago, Blake has reached out at least 5 or 6 times (once as an in-person hello at the beginning of my job so that we could both put a face to a name) just to make sure everything was going fine and our needs have not changed. I find this type of customer service invaluable, especially when there are so many companies offering similar products or services. I am giving a full 5 star review because although I have personally only had a short time of interacting with CEI, I am confident that should any issue come up (which we have not had!) it would be taken care of quickly and efficiently.
