Warehouse and Delivery Associate – Warehouse:

The Warehouse and Delivery Associate will handle daily copier delivery and set-up for CEI’s growing and current customer base. Safe and timely operation of the daily routes is paramount, as well as a professional and courteous demeanor with customers. This position requires the ability to lift, at least 50 to 150 pounds with or without the assistance of moving equipment, as well as the capacity to sit, kneel, pull, push or bend for long periods of time. This position is the first impression of the CEI support team, therefore the applicant must possess top customer service skills and a professional appearance. Applicants should also be tech savvy with potential to learn technical aspects of the copier industry.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review paperwork on top of all machines to be delivered; verify model number, serial number, and all serialized accessories
  • Load and secure equipment onto truck using blankets, cardboard corners, and proper strapping
  • Drive truck to deliver equipment and products to customers’ locations
  • Unload and safely take equipment to designated area. This may include pushing, pulling, utilizing dollies and/or stair climbers
  • Assemble equipment
  • Power up unit; run test copies and prints
  • Provide customer with basic start-up of equipment
  • Obtain customer signature and date
  • Verify and record model number, serial number, serialized accessories, and “end meter reads”
  • Remove, load, and secure equipment from customers’ facilities, if applicable
  • Organize and complete all required paperwork per delivery
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed by Warehouse Supervisor and VP of Operations


Minimum Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to consistently lift/pull/push 50+ pounds
  • Ability to consistently bend, stoop and twist
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for transporting valued products by road

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior driving experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance required
  • Good driving record is mandatory
  • Ability to work well in stressful or high-pressure situations
  • Good time management skills
