CEI is fully equipped, from our production print showroom to our business center showroom, and our highly trained Account Executives are prepared to demonstrate the technology which can help your office or production environment improve upon the way you do business. Once a solution is selected, the system is pulled from our 10,000 square foot warehouse and custom configured to your specific requirements. From there our warehouse personnel, IT professionals and Account Executives prepare a workflow to ensure a perfect delivery and installation. Once you are properly trained and satisfied with the installation, the rest is up to us. All service calls, supply requests and contract questions are handled locally by our dedicated administrative personnel.

When a service request is made, your phone call will be answered by one of our local dispatchers; not a voicemail, answering service, or automated prompt. If you have not used our online system before, you will need to first request a login by clicking on that link above. CEI is committed to providing the highest level of technical support to ensure your total satisfaction. We have implemented a Works or it Walks policy which states that if any piece of equipment fails to perform to manufacturers specifications it will be replaced with a like model. Raster is derived from Raster Image Processor (RIP), which is a component used in a printing system which produces a raster image, or bitmap. Also known as rasterization, raster image processing is the task of taking an image described in a vector graphics format (shapes) and converting it into a raster image (pixels or dots) for output on a video display or printer, or for storage in a bitmap file format.

CEI Ribbon Cutting / Open House

CEI Building Construction
We are happy to announce we are 2 weeks ahead of schedule with the new building. Due to convenient summer weather and a close partnership with Bobbitt Design Builders, the new facility will have a steel skeleton completed in August with the roof scheduled for installation in September.
We have a new marketing partnership with NBC-17 and plan to launch a commercial in August showcasing our versatile services and pride in being the #1 digital office solutions provider in the Triangle and surrounding areas.
